Toolbar selection bug fixes

Speed view history was incorrectly being restored

Tidied up the tag stats view, here’s an example showing the use of IP Sets to denote country collections and report achieved limits/restrict limits based on them.

Dragging from Files View now drags the file reference, allowing any application that accepts files to recognize the drag. For example, you can drag the file onto your favorite video player and it will now play.

Toolbar is now split into two. The toolbar items that act on lists are only shown on views with lists. The visuals (button images, search text box) will be made prettier in future betas — for now the focus was on layout and functionality.
